If you're out there I'd like to get more info from you on this comment you made

Tried to private message you but you're over your limit

'for the last 8 years ive been using a reliable autometer gauge'

I'm thinking I'm tired of messing with the stock gas gauge in my '50 and move to an 'external' gauge
Any info would be appreciated.

I am using an external gauge on my '38. I bought a universal sender '30 amp' from Chevs of the 40's and then a gauge from Auto Meter also a '30 amp'.
I wired them up and tested before installing into the tank.

They work well.

When I die, I hope she doesn't sell everything for what I told her I paid for it!
