I’d appreciate suggestions from anyone on how to set up throttle linkage. I have a Chevy inline 6 cyl 250 engine with dual Carter Weber carbs on an aluminum Offenhauser intake manifold that I bought from Tom Langdon. Also have exhaust headers installed. The picture below shows how it is currently installed. The original throttle linkage will not work because the headers are in the way. If you have any pictures of a good way to do the throttle linkage, please let me know. Thanks, Glenn
Suggestion, take a metal coat hanger and shape up a linkage that'll clear all the obstructions and connect to the inter-carb throttle bar. Once you've got a good workable design, go buy a length of round stock at a TSC or similar and bend it to match the coat hanger. I did similar on those same (or very similar) carbs on a 235.
