I really hate the idea of ordering 4 wood blocks with a hole thru them. Any one have know how thick (tall) they need to be? | | | | | Joined: Mar 2016 Posts: 225 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2016 Posts: 225 | Not sure if a 47 would be the same, but on my 51 3100, I cut them 2" x 2" x 2-1/8" tall out of scrap pieces of treated 4" x 4" posts. Drilled a 1/2" hole through the center, put a couple coats of back paint on them, and used a piece of gin belt (which was about 3/16" thick) as the rubber spacer. Everything lined up and the bed sits correct.

The wood spacers for my 51-3100 are 2 1/8" tall, plus the 1/4"rubber isolator pads between the frame rail and the wooden blocks. I got the bed mount kit from LMC Truck, it included the blocks, isolator pads and hardware. Hope this helps.
