OK fellows whats the deal...how do you access these housings? The lenses are w/o screws at least not visible ones. My right side is loose and wanted to tighten things up, etc.
Do you not have three screws showing in the lens?? Once removed the bucket and trim piece can be removed by the two screws top and bottom of the bulb socket. Once you are in there, I recommend a ground strap as shown in my pictures.
Footstomper>thanks for the detailed pics and comments. If you would...take a look at what I have and notice the passenger side lens is pooched out a bit more as compared to the driver sides lens. That's what caught my eye in the first place. You also see there are no screws showing so whats holding this altogether?
The lens itself is a snap fit. Using a small flat blade screwdriver gently pry the lens off. Then you can access the mounting screws. ðŸ›

Just as a point of information, check your State Laws before installing “Blue Dots” in your red taillight lenses.

All States have statues that prohibit modifying anything from stock. Do they enforce it, sometimes, when they want to. Taillights and brake lights, by law, must be red. Not blue or purple as the Blue Dots. BTW, I have them on my ‘62 C-10, but I’m prepared to fork over the fine if I get a ticket.
