Hello,

Anyone have leads on someone that can rebuild or sell replacement parts for the vacuum power brake system? This is for a 69 GMC 6500.

I replaced the master cylinder on the firewall but the vacuum system needs work and probably to be safe a full rebuild. It currently works but leaks.

Thank you

https://brakeandequipment.com/ or NAPA. You can buy a new unit, they are pretty universal, if you have an idea of the specs, or have it rebuilt. Web search "brake and equipment parts".

Thanks... I'll keep looking for the parts or a whole replacement unit. I'm not really concerned about finding hoses, mostly the actual hardware pictured here:

I bought a rebuilt HydroVac unit from "Reman" do a search, can't remember where they are located, very professional, reasonable prices, excellent product. I don't trust parts stores anymore, due to offshore parts of questionable quality. Good luck!
