Hello all,

A friend of mine just bought a 1960 Apache with its original 283 intact. The truck has not been started in years but the crank turns. Now, I've got my opinion, but I want to hear from the wizards of Stovebolt as to an ordered list of steps to bring the engine back to life while minimzing the damage that a long period of not running can do. Bring on your expertise!

Many thanks,

GW
