Attached are two illustrations for the 1941-1946 Horn Contact Parts. One shows a spring under the Horn Button. The other shows a second spring between the steering wheel and the mast bearing. Can you tell me which is correct? If indeed there are 2 springs, what does the one under the steering wheel do as the wheel nor the bearing move up/down?. Thanks, Harold.
