C = 2WD
25 = 3/4 ton
this 5th digit is TYPE, apparently 4 = pickup. Mine is 9.
K = Kansas City
What is type 9 ?
Assuming it somewhere says 'STAKE' because that what it is.
But I can't find a verifying explanation of TYPE 9.

Did that continue into the 60s? I looked at the GM Heritage link above but did not see it. Thanks.
Edit: I found the answer on the GM Heritage site linked above - yes they did over dual rear wheels on C20 3/4-ton non-pickup models. Thanks.
