Are the frames the same, just foam & spring differences?

Spring layout is different.I have both seats.My deluxe seat frame is in rough shape and all of the foam is gone. I was wondering if i could put the deluxe springs in the standard frame, add foam and have a deluxe seat.

Correct. The deluxe springs are lower/flatter to allow for thicker, molded foam. At the ends of the seats, however, about a 4"-5" section of the springs are higher. The foam has a section on the bottom missing for that section of springs.

Not sure of the frame. I would imagine it's the same, just the springs are different.
