In my ‘62 C-10 the 235 had the front motor mount although the 235 had the drilled/tapped holes in the side of the block for the later style mounts, the frame was not drilled to use the later mounts. The custom mounts I adapted to the frame to install the 350 V8 centered the motor in the frame rails but the long tube headers will fit the drivers side but one of the tubes hits the frame on the passenger side. Was the frame from ‘63 on wider? I’m using rams horn style exhaust manifolds now so the problem is solved. Inquiring minds want to know.

The 1960-62 frames were wider in the front (at least the front horns are wider) than 1963-66. I'm pretty sure the cab mounts are wider apart too.
The catalog I have shows different part numbers for the 1960-62 front bumpers AND rear Fleetside bumpers.
Rear stepside bumpers are apparently the same 1960-66 (same part number).
I own an original 62 rear stepside sport bumper and it's identical to the 1963-66 step bumpers but the mounting brackets are very different (also verified by my catalog).
The interesting thing is that a 1967-72 (maybe up to 1987 years work too) front crossmember and suspension will swap under a 62 frame just fine. Lots of people do this when they delete the torsion bar suspension.

The frame tips (horns) are different from 60-62 and 63-66, which is why the bumpers won't interchange. But inner and outer fenders, hoods, and core supports all interchange 60-66.
The rear frame rails are wider (farther apart) for 60-62, and closer together for 63-66.
Front crossmembers could have a tab at the front depending which engine was ordered and whether that engine had front or side mounts (some engines had both). | | |
