I’m curious if the frames changed when the 235 was dropped and the 230 was adopted? In my ‘62 C-10 the 235 had the front motor mount although the 235 had the drilled/tapped holes in the side of the block for the later style mounts, the frame was not drilled to use the later mounts. The custom mounts I adapted to the frame to install the 350 V8 centered the motor in the frame rails but the long tube headers will fit the drivers side but one of the tubes hits the frame on the passenger side. Was the frame from ‘63 on wider? I’m using rams horn style exhaust manifolds now so the problem is solved. Inquiring minds want to know. headscratch
