Happy New Year to every one. I am starting a new project in between all the other things that get in the way like LIFE. do chassis is almost done the only thing left is rear break system and find a cab and doors. If any one in the group knows of one I am in Rhode Island area can travel within a reasonable area. would like a three window. So with that being said I installed a Camaro front clip with a 9" ford rear end with a 4 like and pan hard bars. I have not installed my motor (383) and 700r4 tranny. So let the fun begin best of luck to all others with there project and hope eveyone else has a safe new year driving there toys.

EC, nice chassis so far. I saw your cab wanted ad in the local craigslist, I'm nearby in So NH.
There's a couple of big bolt trucks with decent cabs in Maine, looking for $3k or so each. I think the cabs are the same, and you could part out the rest.
I'll keep on the lookout as I'm scouting for my next project.

Hello E.C. I recommend that you start a post in our "Parts Wanted" section here on the Stovebolt. Looks like you're off to a good start.

I'll take the frame as you have it now LOL....

As said, post your cab request in the parts wanted. You may also expand your search to a complete AD truck also. The odd's are you'll have to repair/patch sheet metal on whatever you can get unless you luck up on a project where that work has been done.

Good luck
Dave

Well I am off on a road trip this Saturday. I found a bare cab and gutted door that has been in a garage for just over 25 years! They sent me a couple of pictures but it was difficult to see due to 25 years of things being piled up on is as storage! Very excited. Happy New Year to me 👀👍

Well I actually found a 52 cab and doors . The cab has been sitting in side a garage for just over 30 years. It is on beautiful shape. The owner actually gave me a lot of parts with it. Thank you will post pics later.
