OK, I have searched and read all I could find on replacing a crashbox with a ms420.
1) easier if I find a 48-53 bellhousing ----- allows footpedal starter and has same sidemounts
2) a pedal bracket will need to be added for floorboard foot pedals --
3)master cylinder is already on frame
4) first section of driveshaft may need modified for sm420
5) ???????? I can use my present starter, flywheel, clutchfork, clutch assembly, and throwout bearing ???????????
6) ???? pilot bearing is the same ??????
I need to refind and bookmark the link on #2. Found it
