I am looking to buy a early 40s Chevy pickup , I want to buy one that needs a complete restoration . I have more time than money lol, so if you know where one is please let me know . I am in Tennessee not to far from Nashville , Thanks.

I have an original 39 Chevy COE (first year for Chev) that runs and drives (needs brake work). It is listed here and on Craigs List. NOT CHEAP but not a rust bucket and every panel is repairable. Started out at 15k now 12,500.

if you can make the drive or have a relative there, Georgia is a fantastic state to find old trucks, especially chevys ive only drove through certain parts of "downtown" areas and ive seen a ton of old trucks and cars that need some serious TLC. also if you're up for the road trip challenge the "barn find hunter" series on hagertys youtube is a great reference. you might try going to Kentucky, they dont call it kentrucky for no reason after all!
