I have a 54 3800 and I just pulled the front brakes off of it and I was wondering what they were worth. The drums are in fantastic shape, the shoes still have shiny black paint, and everything on the backing plates is there, although the original wheelcylinders could probably use a rebuild. Anyone have any ideas?

Otherwise they’re probably worth rebuilding the wheel cylinders and using them, they’re good at stopping a 1 ton truck when in good shape, and sounds like yours are. | | |
