I'm wondering how to remove the old knob posts from the crank handle. The new replacement ones come through the back and the knob is press fitted on the pin holding it to the crank. I am not as familiar with the your truck, as I am with an AD truck. But with the AD truck knob, you have to carefully drill out the back of the pin, that is in the handle. Then you can put the handle on a flat service, like vise. You can then take a small rubber hammer and tap the new knob and pin assembly into the hole in the handle. Hopefully that is how your works. That was enough to remove the flair on the back of the pin and it could be pulled out the front after drilling into the pin about 1/4 inch. I then used a bench vise as a press to force the new knobs onto the new pin.
