If there is, you can take it to a locksmith and have him code cut a key. If you are lucky, the door locks and ignition are original to the truck and are the same. If you don't have a lock smith that can code cut the key, you can send the code to Jesser's Classic Keys. http://jessersclassickeys.com/

First disconnect the battery.
Then remove wires from the 3 terminals on back of switch.
Finally loosen (don't need to remove) the two screws holding switch to dash from back side, turn a little one way or the other and remove the switch. These screws are usually clutch head.
No key needed except possibly some early models, perhaps 1947, with a little tail hanging down on the front of the ignition switch cylinder, allows using switch without key. This tail can make it difficult to remove the entire switch depending on which position it is in, or may need removing cylinder with key then switch.

It's easy to remove the tumbler- - - - -IF- - - - -you have a key that fits. Otherwise, you're going to need to pick the lock so you can turn it away from the "off" position and expose the release pin that is accessible through the small hole in the chrome disc where the key is inserted. Once that lock pin is depressed, you can turn the lock tumbler further to disengage the tumbler from the switch. THEN the bezel nut can be removed.
