For you guys that have been working on the 64-66 trucks have any good photos you can share with me that shows the inside of the doors on a 64-66 so I can see where I need to break the interior and the exterior paint? I am painting the outside of my truck red and the inside Fawn, and I am not real sure where to stop and start on the inside of the doors.

I hope you know what I mean..

I've got a reference book (I can't remember the name) that says the exterior paint stops at the edge of the outer door skin. When I painted mine, I painted the outside color first and then masked to the edge of the skin where it wraps around the edge before painting the inside. I hope this helps.

Thanks Jeff,

So really, the outside door skin is the only part that is the exterior color. The rest of the door should be the same color as the inside of the cab. Right?

Thanks Pete. Last week I took a few days off and got the inside of the cab and doors painted. I just painted the doors the same color as the inside of the cab except the outside door skin. I just assumed that was right. I am happy with it too so I guess I can't be wrong. Thanks for the response for sure.
