Does anyone know if the side gears from the GM 55P will work in the GM 55T? There are listings for the GM55P side gears, none for the 55T. Mine appear to be 16 teeth, but I'll count them tomorrow to make certain. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.
