Panhead60 | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | you won't find them reproduced, only on an original hood, so you're looking for used - the problem being that those don't 'strengthen' the hood, they pull it into shape and are specific to each individual hood - the spot welds are positioned and odd bends are done when they're put on .... called a "diagonal brace", and you'll likely need to tweek the one you find to suit your hood
