I am having a difficult time trying to find the brass distribution block that fits on the rear of the master cylinder. It is a small rectangular block with approximately a 5/8" hole for a banjo bolt and a 3/16" brake hole that takes the flared end of a 3/16" brake line. Chevs of the 40s has one, but the hole is too small 3/8 versus 5/8. part # is 3696540 if that will help with the description. Can anyone help me locate this part? Some owners run the business themselves and have help that know how and where to look for parts and some might even have the part on a shelf. Their parts might be a bit more expensive than a bigger store, but from my experience worth the little extra cost when the need arises.
