I have seen different opinions on what the standard, factory rear lighting consisting of - 1 or 2 tail/brake lights, turn signals? Is there a picture of a factory stock truck, taken of the rear?

Original equipment?

There were no standard-equipment turn-signals until the late fifties (accessory turn signals were available).
One tail/stop light was also standard equipment until late fifties.

Thanks, Tim. That is what I had been thinking, but some of the catalogs made me wonder. Fortunately, Arizona allows me to restore to factory state, so long as it is a fairly pure restoration. Yes, I suppose that I do have some suicidal leanings. And if a person does not know how to drive safely without any lights, he never really learned how to drive.
