Quick question. I'm confused as to which terminals are which on my 1952 3100. The assembly manual pictures don't really seem to match the switch I have and even it one of them is, they indicate one of the outer terminals for battery. On mine, the middle terminal has a B stamped on it. I would assume that is for the battery? If so, is it safe to assume it doesn't matter which terminal goes to high/low since you are just toggling through them

The hot wire from the headlight switch connects to the center lug. If the switch fits the holes and works, use it. You are correct that it's a simple toggle. If you have a battery and a spare light socket it's easy to test which lug is which. On mine I used the top lug for high beam and the bottom for low beam.
