I bought the truck a year or so ago with disassembled fleetside bed, I think it was originally a step side. Long story short, I put it together as is on the truck, minus wood, and the bed is wider than the cab. Is this correct? The Front bed panel is aftermarket and the tail gate was painted where the bed sides were primed, indicating to me they were not from the same truck, but when bolted together the bed sides are parallel.
