What is the best way to get scratches out of my stainless steel glove box cover?

How badly scratched is it? Youmight be able to just polish them out with a good metal polish and a cloth. If not, you can get buffing wheels that mount to a drill at most hardware stores, Menard's, Lowes's, and Sears have them for sure. Some of the kits will come with a few small bars of posish for different applications. You'll want to use the white rouge on stainless. Then go over it by hand to take out any swirl marks and such.

Stainless steel polishes best with a Tampico wheel and polishing compound. It usually gets hot, so wear gloves.

Picked up some Disco emey polish for scratches and stainless polish that comes in a stick and some cloth buffing wheels that fit on my dremel tool. Boy that did the trick!

Thanks for the advice

Brian
