| | | | Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 1 Moderated | | Moderated Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 1 | I think that I've read all of the pinstripe discussions in this forum, but I have a question that I have yet to find answered. I'm almost certain that when my 1952 GMC 1/2 ton still had its original paint (sky blue or similar), that the pinstripe on the belt line was a twin stripe. I think that it went from one wiper shaft around the cab to the other wiper shaft. I have yet to find a photo or mention of this type of stripe. Also, I think that the two stripes came together at the wiper shaft to form a point. Does anyone have any information or photos that fit this description?
In any case, I've got a sign painter lined up to paint it when I get a photo example.
