I am looking at some of the specs for my truck at the old car manual project, and I see a reference to RPO models. What does it mean/stand for, and how do I tell if my truck is or is not equipped as such? It is a 56-3200 with 235 engine.

RPO Regular Production Option

When you buy a new truck, you get a list of RPO numbers. Unlikely you would have that list for a 60+ year old truck.

I would guess then that there were not too many RPO’s installed on this truck; the original owner did not get any options that I am aware of anyway. No right side mirror or sunvisor, no turn signals or second rear light. Painted and not chromed front bumper and grill. He got the radio, but must have passed on the bluetooth connection.
