Ok. I have removed my straight axel and then removed king pins. I never had king pins to deal with before and befor I paint steering knuckle I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time or should i look for replacements . I have new kings and bushings ready to go. As I look into knuckle where bushing and pin will go i notice severe scarring inside...will this matter as long as bushings insert correctly and king pins not loose? My one spindle looks like some one may have spun a bearing on inner bearing set as I see someone used a punch or drift and had many holes and was thinking they did this for a spun bearing at one time. Will this have ill effects if I put together with new bearings. Let me add I know nothing about this as I never have had a vehicle completely apart befor. I don't wanna waste money..i haven't had luck with finding correct replacements so far as it seems they carry drop spindles everywhere but I'm looking to keep her correct height and stock 8 lug drums in front. Thanks in advance!

The punch marks trying to correct a loose bearing fit isn’t a good thing, I’d b hunting for a replacement spindle.
The AD 3/4 ton spindle is shared with 1 ton, and the 1.5 ton (without heavy duty axle option).

Very unlikely you find them new, if so they’ll be new old stock.
They came in 3 different size trucks, so plenty of used ones.

There was a spindle bearing diameter change in the early 50’s may look that up and decide if you’re better off with the early or late version of the spindle.

I'm hoping to see if I got the link setup right and to see what I'm dealing with. I don't intend on using the spindle with punch marks. Not sure if I will use either one. damaged spindles and knuckle bore holes

The marked bores in the one spindle will probably be OK with new bushings fit and reamed.
The punch marks to improve bearing fit is still questionable.

When you find a replacement front axle perhaps it has two good spindles.

To clarify my earlier comment about different spindles for different years, note different bearing bore sizes, so different spindle sizes, from this thread https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=604816#Post604816
