Glad to here they are working on it. I submitted my Gallery submission in the fall of 2016. Mid 2017 someone contacted me to work on the final version. Told me it was ready to be published. Still waiting. I had assumed maybe it was no longer a feature available on the site. I can appreciate the amount of effort involved.

I imagine there have been a lot of Gallery submissions in the past couple years. I also imagine there is a lot of work involved in prepping every one of those submissions for publication. That means someone voluntarily giving up hours of their free time to sit in front of a computer screen working on other peoples stuff instead of working on or driving their own vintage GM truck.

I can wait.

Many apologies. I am the one who is sitting on all those updates and who sent the email to Dave promising something I have been unable to deliver. I will try to do better, but without going into something that will just be glorified excuse making, I will just warn you that it may take awhile yet before you see substantial updates. Best I can do at this time.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.

John

Thanks John for the update. I remember when this website and forum was relatively new. John and Peggy did everything. Everything. In fact the first photo I submitted was mailed to them in '99. When I first found the forum, well... it wasn't a forum. It was a message bulletin board format. Remember those? This is so much better! We should all express our thanks to John, Peggy and the volunteer moderators who make it happen.

I use this site as much or more than google. It is the best thing on the internet. A big thanks to everyone with any role in supporting it.
