The cab and frame are at the paint shop and I have the box suspended in 4 places by the rails that sit on the frame. Is it OK to remove the wood floor and strips at this time? Will the bed sides stay in position if I remove the floor?

That's what I thought. the real problem is those square nuts. I don't have a socket for these up in the channels. What a bear.
