I have a 46 Chevy Truck that I would like to put electric Door Locks and maybe power windows on!
Has anyone done this to their truck? What brands do you recomend? Any phone or email addresses?
How dificult were they to install?

This is the kind that mounts to the existing winder. The motor & shaft fits OK, however the nylon adapter unit which slides over the window winder shaft would not fit tightly enuf to crank the window. Perhaps if it was epoxied into place ?. I opted to leave manual for now. Perhaps the kits that support the bottom of the glass would be better, although there are some internal brace issues. They have a Power Window Kit that is a breeze to install and their prices start at $136.00. I've seen there system installed and I couldn't believe how easy it was. They also have the power door lock kit too with the remote. Actually it's a door popper system used for shaved door handles.

I think they will have what you are looking for.
