My truck has windshield cleaner
spray and what looks to be a factory fluid tank. Was this an option for this truck?

It was standard on the half tons in 66 not sure about big trucks,

My '57 2 ton has washers, they are the rubber bulb style that you press with your left foot, I did not see it as an option on the GM Heritage list so I'm pretty sure it was standard equipment. The reservoir is glass, about 2 quarts mounted on the firewall.

I don't know what year Windshield Washers became "standard equipment", but can say it was a dealer/owner installed accessory through 1959 and maybe up into the mid-60's.

So, anyone know what was the first year for them to be standard equipment in the trucks?
