Hi all,

Last year I rebuilt an engine for Lurch. He was getting so tired he had a hard time getting on and off the trailer!

Congrats on an awesome truck.

1) I did not read the thread, but I did go to the last page and find your video of the startup. Super cool.
2) I LOVE the way those Chevy 4 cyls sound. Nothing like it.
3) I cannot think of a better name for a 1927 than "Lurch." Well done.

I know this is off topic, I put an early Chevy II 4 banger in my Jeep, had to move up to the 6 cyl. Class.

'37 GMC T-18 w/ DD 4-53T, RTO-610, 6231 aux., '95 GMC running gear, full disc brakes, power steering, 22.5 wheels and tires.
'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
