Still working on my 4speed gearbox..., your last answers here in the forum encourage me for another question which i couldn't find an answer for:
The end of the shifting lever is very worn and the corresponding engagement notches in the shifting yokes as well. All yokes and the lever have already been welded-on but I have to do it again. I already bought special welding rods with hard metal, but I don't know to which extent I have to add material. What is a good total play (back and forth) of the lever in the notch?

Another part to take care for is the shifting plate, my questions are marked in the attached photo. Is there anybody who can take measurements and/or a photo of a good or NOS-part?
