The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts Bought a truck. Need help identifying.

I bought a truck out of a field the other day. I think its a 1948 6100 or 6400. Can anyone help verify this?
The serial is 21RW-A 1230

21 = Janesville, CA assembly plant (actually in Wisc, as corrected/noted in a post below - thanks)
RW = 6400
-A = ?
1230 = 1230-1000 = 230th 6400 out of that plant that model year
