Can anyone tell me the correct color to paint the metal heater box that contains the core and is installed under the dash on the passenger side of a 1958 half ton Apache 3100?

I just pulled mine out and it looks to be the original paint, I would be interested in the color also. I was just figuring to go to have it matched and see what they come up with.

50 shades of grey, depending on which heater model grin cheapest dealer installed version like this, "standard" recirculating model about the same but closer to interior color, deluxe version dark like so

Here's mine. Thought I might just clean it up and touch up some spots. Then maybe wax and re-install.
