I have a set of original fender molding for a 55 chevy pu, but the are pitted and would make a good pc for a driver.
I purchased a set that are reporduction (not new). THe original are one pc and the reproduction are 2 pc that appears to be put together. They look like they could go on a show truck.
I was thinking of selling the original set, but my wife says NO!! I am building a daily driver.

So do I keep the origianl or the repo?

I keep all the original parts from my truck and my sports cars, If and when I sell them I will have all the paperwork on the new parts added but the old parts as well. Just me.
