Jimmy,

What year GMC or Chevrolet trucks?

There was one "medium bed" in 3/4 ton GM trucks (most/all years).

There were two specs for 1950 3/4 ton truck rear axles:
standard: 4.57
optional: 5.14

As far as I know (considering all years) the 5.14 is lowest gear, slowest.
4.10 is highest, fastest gear.

Although, there are occasionally rumors of aftermarket 3.73 gears at one time being available, I've yet to see any, not even a picture.

I found this link. It shows 3.90 and 4.10 available for the HO72. For what it's worth, you wouldn't see a real difference on the road with the two. Not to mention, I've never heard of anyone claiming to have a 3.90 set.

"Original year-end gear sets factory avil.from FACTORY "

I think the original poster means: "Original rear-end gear-sets available from the factory."?

We do not know the year.

My 62 c 30 came with a 5:38 ratio, I researched this on line and learned that they are out there but rare.
