How or were do i find info on converting my front drum brakes to disk brakes on my 1950 3600 using the original axle? Thanks in advance

Speedway I believe has a kit for the 1/2 tons, 3600 is a 3/4 ton? If so have a look at https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=725027&page=all
