Hope someone can help. Am in the middle of a rebuild on my '62 261 and the machine shop just called to say he's not happy with the condition of the connecting rods and we need to find replacements. Anyone know if they are being reproduced or maybe have a spare set?
Will also post in parts wanted but figured this might get more hits here. Thanks in advance.

What sort of problems is he worried about? I can't imagine very many troubles that can't be remedied by reconditioning your existing rods. Drop me a PM- - - -I can help, but not on the open forum. "Machinist" is a badly over-used term these days.

I agree, those rods would have had to have been kicked around pretty darn good to be in a condition that would prevent rebuilding.
