Looks good. That should be a strong engine. Jerry offered to come help me on a 235 a couple yrs back and I should have taken him up on it.

"gmc 248 clutch housing bellhousing flywheel cover"

Or, post a Parts Wanted ad in the Swap Meet.

Are you referring to the bottom cover, and, or the front side-cover?

It is the same cover as the Chevy 235 or 261, both the front and the back piece. You'll get more hits if you search for the Chevy item.

They have one at Classic Parts and it looks just like it, It is for a 55-72 manual transm. bellhousing flywheek cover. do you think it will fit. Tks. Mike

Check the 261 engine you've already got sitting out there in your driveway- - - -the covers will be exactly the same.
