Anyone know of any supplier for painted bumper guards? I know I can get the bumper itself new in paint, but I also need the guards. If they're not available, I'll bite the bullet and go for chrome and just change the rear bumper too.

You're not the first to tell me that. I just don't like the idea of paying for chrome, then covering it up, you know. I was hoping perhaps since there are new stampings being made, that someone might offer them in raw steel. I will admit, the 2 that are on the truck now were hard enough to find. I got the last pair that the vender had, and they were NOS items. I was hoping I could save the one that got damaged, but it's mashed up pretty bad.
Looks like it's going to upgrade time (new chrome front and rear).
