Is helix brand ifs top quality?

I would checkout different companies like fatman, or heidts....I bought a helix setup for my 46 1/2 ton and had alot of problems with it......I followed the directions to the"T" and had major problems with the air ride, when I called them and complained, the kept telling me I installed it wrong and the geometry was off on it, first, my parts all came like one piece at a time which took about 2 1/2 months before I finally got everything, they sent me defective upper control arms, which I had to call and take pictures of, and they sent me news ones, then after I finally got it installed, when i let the air out of the front airbags, after a few times it broke the driver side ball joint, got that fixed, when I was driving from a car show, made a left turn and broke a control arm,anyway since then I removed the air bags from the front, got new control arms and welded all the joints on them, got new heavy duty MOOG ball joints and went with adjustable coilovers, Been a few months now, and so far so good......they have decent customer service...... but the IFS?....not so much

I’ve been looking into a kit from Full Tilt Street Rods. Seems top notch, they use 1” DOM tubing on their control arms.

The Helix brand is under the ownership of the Hoffman group. The Hoffman group is known to have poor quality parts and service. They sell under many different names to stay ahead of the game. The HAMB has a list of Hoffman group company names that is updated and has many stories of poor quality/bad service. Stick with brand stuff like Heidts, Fatman etc.

Helix and Hoffman Group suck. Just a bunch of Chinese quality parts as far as I've experienced.

Do it right...Do it once. That won't happen by saving a couple hundred bucks on their junk.
