She bought a really coll looking chess set cheap.
But what she does not know yet is. We belong to the two, GMC 1-ton owners club now. Both are red.
The new one, "57", a corvette 327 and a dump bed that works!
I'll go back tomorrow to load it on the trailer. It is not far from the house. Starts right up and sounds good, but no brakes.
This addiction is getting out of control!!!
Pictures in a day or two. And no, I will not tell you what I payed for it.
Don

I have had 5 different 1-ton Chevy's and currently own 3, all 1951 year models. The other two gave their life to save or improve the lives of others, both 1948 models. Is there a Multi-1 ton Chevy owners club and do I qualify to join?Jerry

The 57 I bought today, is in better shape than the 65 I bought this past winter. It will be on the trailer tomorrow and I hope to pass it on to someone. Camera will be with me, but, I may not post pictures for a few days. It also came with a signed title.
Tim The 327 corvette engine runs really good and it will need brakes or at least brake fluid.
Don

A guy wanted to buy it from me for more than I payed for it with in a few minutes. If I would haul it to his house about 20 miles away. If it doesn't rain today, I may unload it and check it out more. Oh, it does have the big back window that wraps around the cab corners. https://photos.google.com/share/AF1...d3B4bmJ6aXNYRzE2RjJWc2JVc2c0QVRPTFVrVnd3More pictures will be added latter. I actually forgot about the photo option I have not had time yet to learn how to use it. Reunion and home remodeling had me pretty busy the last few weeks.
