57Halfton, In 1998 while attending a Dupont paint seminar, that was topic of one of the discussions...Acrylic Lacquer was going to be phased
completely out...I hurried to get 3 gallons of Juniper green mixed for My 52 in lacquer...the problem was according to the enviromental people that too many home owners were painting in their garages and without the necessary equipment was polluting the enviroment something terrible...I am still quite fond of acrylic lacquer...and for a peron that wants to paint that doesn't have good shop conditions, its hard to beat...good luck BB
