I bought one of the PreVal paint sprayers from Jim Carter awhile back and I just want everyone to know how great I think it is. I hesitated to use it for quite awhile but then about a month ago decided it was time to paint my engine. I'm completely impressed with the job this thing does. I bought a quart of the olive green high temp paint from Carter as well. It required a thinner but once I got past the mess of pouring paint into the small container & mixing it that little spray system is just awesome. The air refills are available at most automotive paint shops and are really inexpensive. For the money, I think this is one of the best things you can buy. Just my 2 cents.

Check your local Home Depot or Lowes for the refills also. If you plan on using it a lot you may want to Google Preval and order directly from them by the case. 12 or so in a box.

Great point, Bruce. Our local Home Depot carried the refills up until a month or so ago, then they discontinued them. Lowe's doesn't have them here, either. But I'm sure HD & Lowe's probably have them in other parts of the country. Either way, those refills are only about $4 apiece.
