My paint and body guy just showed me a sample panel of the PPG interior code I gave him. The color appeared to look OK as kind of dark bronzy. But it definately had a very fine metal flake when the Sun hit it.
I don't have anyone around here to compare with, but is that right?
I gave him PPG DDL3513 and DCC5558. I also had Dupont's DUP8540. He didn't try that though.
Also, didn't the finish have a slight hammered texture to it?

hey Rattletrap 52, the only hammered texture paint i know of on AD's was on the heater. Classic Parts sells interior paint that is as close as i've seen for the interior on those trucks. it runs about $40 a quart.
