I've studied and sketched this truck to figure out how to best preserve its heritage and still be the truck I want to haul my car with over the road. As it was officially retired from fire service and I didn't initially intend to keep the "patina" and Fire Engine look, I've been slowly drawn to that theme. I have to make some modifications to the bed and walls but all will be done with the trucks past history in mind. If you have need for the pump (Hale Fire Pump), let me make you a deal or trade.
