There is also a rubber seal along the outside top edge of the window opening. The bottom channel uses glass setting tape. Not sure around the other 3 sides. Felt might have been OEM? Felt will wick water. I did all mine by spacing with small pieces of setting tape then sealed by a small bead of urethane window sealant. You need some type of material to center the glass. | | |
