I have 47 3600 with a straight axle, installed a cpp Saginaw power steering conversion on. Just finishing the 6 year project and starting to fix all the bugs. It has bad bump steer and wanders on the road at over about 40 mph. Just ordered modern tie rod ends and a sway bar and new rigid tie rod any suggestions on this kit? Or problematic fixes?

I have read a few blogs that say my drag link needs to be parallel with the ground? I have the ability to get it close to parallel by fliping one of the ends of the link. Does anyone know if this will help?

'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
